Four Scouts of Troop 351 and several Scouts of other Lewis & Clark District Troops made up the Conclave contingent of Wakina Tonka Chapter, Order of the Arrow. Conclave was held at BSA's Camp Baker, near Florence. 400 OA members enjoyed a weekend of fun and training in fine weather.
