Ed's Eagle Project was construction of a 120+ foot extension of split rail fence along a trail in Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, requested by Portland Parks & Recreation, to discourage hikers from entering frog habitat. He directed a 30-person work crew in this effort November 22, 2009. The group made quick work of the material hauling and fence construction, completing the 16 new fence sections in less than 3 hours.
