Eagle Scout of Troop 351, Ben Green, now a 20 year old college student and Sea Scout, received his Venturing Leadership Award at the Cascade Pacific Council Court of Honor June 1. Garth Rand, familiar to our Troop's Order of the Arrow members as District OA Chapter Advisor, received his Silver Beaver award at the event.
