Six Scouts of Troop 351 and several Scouts of other Lewis & Clark District Troops made up the Conclave contingent of Wakina Tonka Chapter, Order of the Arrow. Conclave was held at Willamette Pass Ski Area, near Oakridge. 450 OA members enjoyed a weekend of fun and training in fine weather.
