Chris's Eagle Project was construction of a 104 foot extension of split rail fence along a trail in Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, requested by Portland Parks & Recreation, to discourage hikers from entering frog habitat. He directed a 20-person work crew in this effort August 8, 2010. The group made quick work of the material hauling and fence construction, completing the new fence sections in 4 hours.
